These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") & Privacy Policy govern your access to and use of the KidPilotAI mobile application and related services (“App”), owned and operated by KidPilotAI LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the App, you (“you” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

The App is designed for children under the supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or any responsible adult. By registering or configuring the App, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You are legally permitted to  supervise a minor user under applicable local laws

2. Account and Access

• Adults must register for an account and set a PIN to manage access
• Adults monitor child interactions
• Children access the app under the adult’s control; they do not create independent accounts

3. AI Usage Disclaimer

KidPilotAI leverages Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate safe, grade-based responses for children. While we implement multiple safety controls:

• Some responses may be imperfect, inappropriate, or unexpected
• Summaries and flagging mechanisms are automated and not guaranteed
• Adults are expected to monitor child activity regularly

4. Content Restrictions

You agree not to use the App to:

• Introduce or encourage  violence, hate speech, politics, bullying, or illegal activity
• Violate filters, impersonate others, or exploit AI tools
• Submit harmful prompts or attempt to override safety controls

5. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Users retain ownership of any custom content they create. By submitting content within the App, you grant KidPilotAI LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and store such content for the purpose of delivering and improving the App experience.

6. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that:

• Violates these Terms
• Engages in conduct harmful to the App or other users
• Circumvents filters or abuses AI functionality

We may do so with or without prior notice, at our discretion.

7. Corrections and Updates

The App may contain typographical or factual errors. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies and update features or content at any time without prior notice.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The App may include access to or links from third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, payment processors). We are not responsible for the policies, content, or services provided by these third parties. Use them at your own discretion.

9. Payment and Subscriptions

The usage of this App requires paid subscriptions. All payments are processed via third-party payment service providers.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Be bound by the third-party’s terms and billing practices
• Handle refunds and disputes directly with the payment provider
• Manage cancellations through the respective app store

KidPilotAI LLC does not process or store payment details.

10. Intellectual Property

All logos, icons, designs, AI prompt structures, and generated workspaces are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without written consent.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute relating to these Terms or your use of the App, you agree to:

• Resolve disputes through binding  arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association

You waive your right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

12. Privacy and Jurisdictional Compliance

A. United States (Initial Market)

The App complies with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Data collected through supervising adults is limited to features necessary for safe operation.

B. Updates

Terms and Conditions of our Privacy Policy will be updated as we add new features or expand the usage of this App in other countries/region to comply with regulations.

13. App Store Licensing (EULA)

By downloading the App from the Apple App Store, you also agree to the terms of the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

By downloading the App from the Google Play Store, you agree to any applicable terms under Google Play's Developer Distribution Agreement and user policies (e.g., Google Play Terms of Service). https://play.google.com/about/play-terms/
